How do I ship my device?

If selecting pre-paid shipping through UPS, take your secure package and QR code into your nearest UPS Store location. Once at the store, the QR code will allow you to generate a shipping label to be attached to your package. All shipping has been paid for by Tiptop. Alternatively, you can dispatch a courier service within the app. Secure your package and wait for the courier to arrive.
