How do I ship my device?

If selecting pre-paid shipping through UPS, take your secure package and QR code into your nearest UPS Store location. Once at the store, the QR code will allow you to generate a shipping label to be attached to your package. All shipping has been paid for by Tiptop. Alternatively, you can choose to schedule a pickup via Uber. Securely package your device but do not seal your box and wait for the courier to arrive when you schedule them.
