When will I be paid for my trade in?

If you've chosen to trade in an item while using Tiptop at checkout, you may receive an instant credit if eligible. Otherwise, you will receive credit for your trade-in item in the form of a refund to your original payment method.

Your credit should arrive within 1-2 days of the item being received at Tiptop. Shipping times may vary but typically, credits are applied within 1 week of transactions.
