As Tiptop only provides payment services, all return and cancellation polices are as dictated by the merchant or retailer.
When a customer returns an item they have purchased using Tiptop, they receive a refund according to those policies. If we have completed their trade-in, this will include the trade-in value of their item.
If we have not completed a trade-in, they will be refunded the amount of purchase and their trade-in item will be returned to them.
If a customer cancels an order, their trade-in item will be returned to them if applicable, and they will receive a refund from Tiptop.
Tiptop merchant program fees are non-refundable.
