How do returns work at Tiptop?

Tiptop purchases items on your behalf directly from the merchants and they ship to you. This means you are covered by the merchants original return policies.

• Please read the return policy from your item’s fulfiller website to check if your item is eligible for return.
• If you want to return an item please email tiptop at help@tiptop.com and we will be happy to assist you.
• Your refund will be issued once a merchant processes your refund then can take 2 business days or more for the refund to appear on your bank account.
