Sometimes, even though an item is available to sell in our catalog, it might not be eligible to sell on Tiptop. there are a few reasons why that might be, and you should ensure that your item does not match one of these descriptions before you sell it or send it in:
- Item does not precisely match the model number, model year or specifications selected at sale.
- Device is locked to a user's iCloud or other cloud account.
- Device is marked stolen in a carrier database.
- An item is in extremely poor condition.
- Phones that are PIN locked
- Computers that are password locked
